✅ 1. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (all 48 continental states). No minimum order required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

📦 2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5–12 business days
  • Continental US: Typically 5–10 business days
  • Remote areas: May take up to 12–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (holidays, etc.).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting:

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

🌎 5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping zones — stay tuned for updates.

📍 6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Zionne is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 24–48 hours (packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival)
  3. Contact your local USPS facility
